Paul is a lighting designer working in a range of genres including musical theatre, drama, comedy, dance and opera.

Paul previously lit productions for venues such as the Linbury Theatre (Royal Opera House), Lilian Baylis Theatre (Sadler's Wells), the Mercury Theatre, the Bridewell Theatre, Riverside Studios, the Unicorn Theatre, Battersea Arts Centre, the Tristan Bates Theatre, the Spiegel Tent, the New Wimbledon Theatre (Studio), Greenwich Theatre, the Arcola Theatre (Studio 1), Harrogate Theatre,  The Byre St. Andrews, Middlesbrough Theatre, Oldham Coliseum, the Citizens Theatre Glasgow and the Stephen Joseph Theatre Scarborough. 

In September 2011 Paul was award the ALD 50th Anniversary Bursary award for emerging Lighting Designers.

Paul's work can currently be seen on the UK tour of 'Equus' for London Classic Theatre.

Paul is also working as the Lighting Designer for Secret Cinema, presenting a monthly gathering of all that love challenging and groundbreaking cinema, screening mystery films in extraordinary locations

Paul graduated from Central School of Speech and Drama with a degree in Theatre Practice (Lighting Design).
